SCARECROW COMPETITION 2017

Display your scarecrow no matter how big or small over the week 9th-14th October to bring colour into the village. Judging/ Awards on Sunday 15th October at 2pm in Park View Pavilion.

Community Minded Child Award 2017

Murton Parish Council are offering an award to young people who are actively involved in the community. There will be an annual prize and trophy presented by the Chairman.

 

The competition is open to any child under 16 years of age, who lives in the village. Nominations can come from family, friends or community groups who think that the child deserves to be recognized for their contribution.

 

If you know anyone who fits the criteria please send in writing, their name, address and reason for nomination to Murton Parish Council.

 

Closing date for applications Friday, 15th Sep 2017.
